Sean is a writer and fly-by-night economist whose varied interests in education, statistics, arts, and community development drew him to Coalition for Queens. After receiving an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, Sean traveled for a year throughout China and Southeast Asia, after which he returned to resume studies in mathematics and economics at Columbia University. In the two years prior to joining the C4Q team, Sean served as a researcher in educational and development economics at the Finance & Economics Department at Columbia Business School.
More importantly, Sean prides himself on having only fallen off his bicycle twice on the road from Seattle to San Francisco, and having recorded six songs using his voice, a guitar, and an eight-track recorder. He hopes to soon bring his puppy Baxter to join him at the C4Q offices!
