Chief Canine Officer

Baxter was born in Columbus, South Carolina but was raised in Brooklyn, NY, where he now resides with his best friend Sean. A puppy prodigy, he was at the top of his class and received a triple degree
in sitting, fetching, and astrophysics from St. Joseph’s Puppy Kindergarten. Following his matriculation, Baxter has pursued graduate study in napping, which he hopes will serve Coalition for Queens and the broader community. In his spare time, Baxter is an avid stick-eater.
